Keto Beef and Broccoli &
Low Carb Air Fryer Radish Hash Browns / Home Fries 👇👇 Keto Beef and Broccoli
1.5lb. top sirloin or flank steak, thinly sliced
4 cups broccoli, cut into florets
6 green onions, sliced
1/2 cup coconut aminos
2 garlic cloves, minced
8 oz fresh mushrooms, sliced
2.5 tbsp. fresh ginger, minced
3/4 cup beef stock
3 tbsp. coconut oil
Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
Melt coconut oil in a skillet over high heat.
Brown the thinly sliced beef 1 to 2 minutes per side and set aside.
Lower heat to medium-low and add the garlic, ginger, and stir until fragrant 1 to 2 minutes.
Add the broccolini, beef stock, and cook until broccolini is soft, 4 to 5 minutes.
Add the green onions, mushrooms and bring the beef back to the pan.
Pour in the coconut aminos and season to taste.
Toss everything and cook another 4 to 5 minutes, or until everything is cooked through
Low Carb Air Fryer Radish Hash Browns / Home Fries
1 pound Radishes washed
1 medium YellowOnion
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 teaspoon Onion Powder
3/4 teaspoon Pink Himalayan Salt (or Sea Salt)
1/2 teaspoon Paprika
1/4 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
1 Tablespoon Pure Virgin Coconut Oil
Wash Radishes well and cut off roots. Trim steams, leaving 1/4-1/2 inch.
Use a Food Processor or Mandolin and slice the Radishes and Onions.
Add Coconut Oil and mix well. Grease Air Fryer Basket.
Add Radishes and Onions to Air Fryer Basket.
Cook at 360 degrees for 8 minutes, shaking a few times.
Dump Radishes and Onions back into Mixing Bowl. Add Seasonings to Radishes and Onions and cook at 400 degrees for five minutes, shaking half way through.
