It was rhyme time again this Tuesday morning, there was a jungle theme today, super exciting 😂. Mum came over for lunch seeing as she had a later meeting, Macie decided to be a pickle and screamed the whole time... that was nice 😫. She has been very difficult the last few days, she has learnt a new movement of arching her back so does that instead of feed. Then gets hungry and screams but does the whole arching again... I hope this phase passes soon, all part of leap 5 I imagine. Bill made it to the gym for the first Tuesday in a few weeks, and then we went over to mums for dinner and our weekly walking dead episode! -
Breakfast was brown sugar cinnamon pop tarts. Love, love, love these! Finally some new food I’m not bitterly dissapointed in! They were really sweet and had the nice pastry, and a lovely cinnamon flavour, would 100% buy again. I had these with some frijj after dinner mint milk and some strawberries .
Lunch was a bit of a random selection. I had some Tesco chicken, rice and paprika soup with a sultana scone and peanut butter, a boiled egg, tomato and cucumber.
Pre work out was a chocolate coconut trek flapjack, a nakd cashew cookie and some raspberries.
Dinner was pulled pork in a brioche bun with sweet potato wedges and salad.
Dessert was a kinder hippo and 4 Lindt chocolates.
Total calories for the day 2,813 with 111g of protein. It was lower power today, most of my lifts went up but deadlifts went horribly wrong. I only managed 1 rep at 65kg, failed the third set, and then failed again at 60kg. Finished off with 50kg. My body just clearly wasn’t feeling it today! -
