Dernier repas de la semaine, je suis prête à attaqué cette nouvelle semaine demain et me dépasser encore plus que celle là j'ai eu une journée assez difficile moralement aujourd'hui mais je n'est pas craqué j'ai tenue bon c'est la que je suis fière et que la boulimie est loin derrière moi ! I’ve noticed that talking about nutrition plans is almost veering on bringing up politics or religion. Keto, Paleo, Atkins, Mediterranean, Low carb, iifym, vegetarian, vegan, Carnivore...the list go on and on with the varying combinations above.  Some trainers trash certain plans but that’s like trashing a certain workout method. The reality is not one way of eating is better than the others. They are only as effective based on the person & their application including if exogenous supplementation is needed.  Another aspect is looking at the plan and defining effectiveness.  To me, an effective plan should yield aesthetic, emotional and biological health markers. Any diet that may compromise health in the long run isn’t worth it & results will be fleeting. I have no personal opinion as to what is a better plan...everyone is wired differently with varied lifestyles. So, when it comes to nutritional coaching...I’m versed with all the above & identifying macros and plans that fit you & your goals...Nd like workout plans, it’s catered to your goals,lifestyle and tweaked accordingly based on body’s response. .

I am gonna call this dish a "warming miso-infused tofu stew" - describes it well. Packed with protein! This is thanks to white beans and tofu forming a basis for the dish - I also added turnip, onion and sweet potato. Very simple spicing here: miso paste and some soy sauce for that umami flavour. Served with leftover breakfast whole oat grains and lovely spinach. I ate as much papaya as I could, drank 1-2 king coconuts a day and then fresh greens and whole foods (eg dahl, red rice and curry). The most important part is hydration... Is it just me, or do snow days always mean pizza?? Pizza dough is surprisingly easy to make...honestly the hardest part is waiting 20 minutes for it to rise! I made this brussels and balsamic onion recipe from @cookieandkate, using my old standby crust recipe, with a light dusting of mozzarella and Parmesan + garlic and herb goat cheese. It was soooo good! Definitely hit the spot with a glass of Merlot on this snowy midwestern Sunday! .

160ml milk, I used oatily oat milk 
6 eggs
Whisk all ingredients together until it forms a smooth batter
Preheat oil in a muffin tray and once hot, pour the batter into the muffin tray (only to halfway) and cook on 200c for 10mins

Boil cashews, onion and garlic for 20 min

Ingredients
*1 large onion
*3 cloves garlic
*3 medium carrots, sliced
*4 cups cubed butternut squash
*500g tomato puree
*250g cooked chickpeas
*1 1/2 tbsp curry powder
*1 1/2 tbsp garam masala
*1/2 tsp white pepper
*1 tsp ginger powder
*1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
*2 tsp dried chives
*1 tsp salt (or to taste)
*1 1/2 tbsp date syrup (or other sweetener)
*1/2 cup plant-based milk

Chop the onions and garlic, place them in a pot, add a little bit of water and cook them until soft. Add all the remaining ingredients (besides the plant-based milk) and fill it up with water until it covers all the vegetables. Cook it on slow-medium heat under lid.
When the carrotss are soft and the butternut squash falls apart while stiring, add the milk and cook for a few more minutes. Stir it until most of the butternut squash gets mashed, this is what thickens the curry.
